Any good product marketing related books for those who inspire to become one?

Anyone have suggestion on good sources a little shorter in duration and more real life scenario based, to pickup Consulting Excel, Project Mgmt and HR cliffnotes or know-hows. Im looking into all these HR Certificates (SHRM, PHR, HRM etc.) Im entering a new field and want to he able to be savvy enough not to look like a complete beginner in the practical side on how to actually do the theoretical part. Advice and suggestions much appreciated.

EY SWR - that WBL cheating message was intense. How many have you shared answers or received answers before? I think this is a bigger issue when you have trainers encouraging teaming up on assessments

I keep bombing my interviews and I’m desperate for help. Anyone have any links to good interview guides with videos and scripts for someone who’s going for senior marketing roles? I’ve gotten interviews from nearly every FAANG company and other big tech so I know it’s not my resume that needs work.

Why are we still doing coding challenges? We all know nearly every engineer/developer is using stackoverflow (copy/paste code and switch up somethings) or watching that YouTube tutorial. Honestly, there thousands of examples of doing the same thing and we have platforms that check for ‘cheating’. The process needs to change, seriously.

Got an offer for non- tech Campaign & Creative Manager and wondering if its worth it to accept. I feel like I was lowballed & downleveld despite having 6 YOE (relev. but not in tech). Not sure it is smart to leave my current role to get my foot in the door.

Recently passed all pre-employment requirements and accepted a job offer from a federal agency. Their HR confirmed salary and start date over email but said I would not receive any final offer paperwork until 1 week before the onboard date. Feels weird to relocate and give notice to my employer without having a signed offer. Is this part for the course or just bad HR?

Just left DoD civ life and started my new position this week. Let me tell you, breath of fresh air (figuratively and literally, spent 12 years working in a windowless vault). Leaving govt civilian was definitely the right choice. Already feel like my quality of life has improved. Was scared to make the jump at first but I fortunately landed with a great team. Upwards and onwards!
