Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. I am new to Canada and have about 6 years experience in each field. What would be salary ranges offered? Other services companies in market are offering in 105 -120 range.
Also what can i expect in project interview and manager interview? Will it be highly technical? I cracked round #1 technical interview, it was easier than expected

I am eagerly trying to find a role in account management. I’m at a senior level- what I see and hear out there is that I am too senior (I will do account director level if the need be). So I work at a small (6 people) accounting firm, not in a big city, but I've been there 3 busy seasons for tax, I've passed 2/4 CPA exams, and I make $40k. No passing bonus, no raise structure, idk what their plan is for me after I get my license, basically no benefits.
So I want more, I love the people but I think I should leave, I don't know where to look though. I'm nervous about a big 4, i don't know if I can go industry without big 4 experience, any advice?
