Bro we don’t even have an office anymore
I meant what agency
I don’t know why more agencies aren’t 100% going remote. I agree with you.

I start at VMLY&R soon and can confirm that I was told that they are downsizing offices and allowing folks opportunities to work remote post-pandemic.
September 1st for my company. They have made it very clear we will be hybrid going forward when we return
We have option of full remote , hybrid or from office (umm, pass) right now. I think a hybrid model is on the horizon.
Same. I’m trying to find places that will offer remote but I don’t think it will be that common sadly.
Same... I’m also having a baby and commute is gonna be taking SO MUCH TIME..
Expect a blend of WFH/office as the norm. Some standouts will need to reassess because so much talent has relocated.
What are they gonna do, make people sell their new houses and return to the overpriced cities to pay billions in greedy rent again?
The younger sets may return to their tiny apartments, maybe, but I think companies will have to reckon with the "I ain't ever returning" crowd, or the ones that relax the in-office requirements will prevail.
