Any agencies willing to work with an art-based CD/ACD on a W8-BEN? I’ll be returning to the US later in the year as I already have an O1 visa but because I’m outside the US the IRS stipulates I use a W8 (it’s the same thing as a W9 situation, the only difference is that they are US based workers) Already contracted with a few agencies, its totally legal and simple. Worked at some good US shops over the 5 years and understand the market well. DM me for details.

There is nothing tacky or wrong about discussing your salary with coworkers. It is a federally protected action and the only thing that can stop discrepancies in pay. Do not let your boss convince you otherwise.
