I have written plenty of Stored Procs, ad-hoc, Functions, etc. in SQL Server. Administered SQL Server for a while as well, with permissions and roles and such. Was an ETL developer for a little while. Also did a lot of SSRS, some PowerBI, and a lot of just moving/transforming data, all over 5ish years. Any help is appreciated!

Where can I find proof reader jobs for a friend of mine? Do agencies hire them out for freelance? More of an in-house thing?

Our staff is actively being targeted by another agency. One that I helped found many years ago. They’ve contacted almost everyone in our small shop and offering to grossly over pay them. Any advice ?

Recruiters constantly reach out to me on LinkedIn, ask for my CV and say my ‘experience fits perfectly for X role’ - then they disappear into the void after that. What is with that?! Should I reexamine my CV or just put it down to another recruiter filling in their quota of hires they had to present to client?

I had a job interview recently where the hiring manager interrogated me for 30 minutes and didn’t leave any time for me to ask questions. It felt slightly disrespectful, but I’m not sure if that’s a legit red flag.
