Facebook's Here Together is annoying.
It's infuriating when it's the only ad being played when you're binging a show.
I have MI BOLC in January, which lasts for 4 months. I’m currently in the final phase of receiving my verbal offer from either Booz Allen Hamilton or Deloitte. Would they reconsider hiring me if they knew I would be away for that long? Should I be upfront and tell them I’ll be away? I don’t want to lose an opportunity that I worked hard for. Please help.

I had some success on here during the summer. great person, went on some virtual dates, but it just didn’t work out. So, trying it again. If anyone’s wants to chat, dm me.
It’s times when I get a long list of review points that I need to remind myself that it’s okay and I’ve only been in public accounting for less than two years.
I’m honestly afraid my boyfriend is drinking too much and I’m not sure what to do about it. Most nights it’s 4-5 beers or so. He honestly didn’t drink that much before meeting me a year ago but at that point he honestly couldn’t drink much because of his living situation and wasn’t making very much. He got a new job that made more and moved in with me and since drinking has become a lot more of an issue. He’s never that drunk, angry when drinking, or driving. I’m just a little worried about it.
My house is getting to me. I’ve had a knee injury for six weeks (and about six more of rehab), and before that any and all projects put on hold for the pandemic. Starting to get nervous about the ability to dig out of all the piled up junk, hire for a major shower repair, deal with embarrassing front garden, etc. I’m not used to being a hot mess! Encouragement please 😬
Can Deloitte offer 100% hike from 9LPA? 6 YOE.

I have been dating this guy for almost 4 months now. Things have been going really well. But last night he told me that he’s been sexually involved with his step father in the past. This is really creeping me out. I thought these things only happened in p*rn. I don’t know what to do.
Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles. Please suggest me if I'm doing any wrong things at the time of the referral... And the job for which I am referring to anyone that is the latest only.Cognizant

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. Curious on whether people are thinking about the ethics of their exit company when deciding to move?

Google S&O lead interview coming up next week. Recruiter said it’s a mix of problem solving, behavioral, and case questions. Does anyone have any advice for this? Anything specific I should know for these interviews? I’ve done plenty of case interviews in the past for consulting, but I know this may be a bit different
I know companies get funding for hiring veterans, disabled people, minorities, etc. Do companies get credit for interviewing or “try to hire” these individuals too? I ask because I see many hiring events and it seems that companies are either farming information and resumes for project bids or to get funding for trying to hire the protected classes. Seems like a scam or a way for companies to say “we can’t find people for our openings”.
8 final round interviews over the course of a year and no offers. I think I’m never going to be able to escape 😭.
