I have sent in my resignation letter on March 14th to my HR. But since then, I haven not received any document (release letter, official acceptance letter etc). My HR has just called me to let me know my LWD but apart from that no document or mail to confirm my lwd. Can anyone tell me what is the process? Decision - I was out the door of my nationwide ins dfense firm. Was going to top local firm with a lot more clout where everything would be private pay and I’d be more on bigger exposure cases. However, my firm outmatched the new firm, made a much better bonus structure, and said I could do more work with their complex bus lit group. I’d still likely do about 50 percent ins defense but I really like the partners I work for, and I handle own cases/take depos, and get autonomy. Am I right to stay?
