Are any other teachers told to be at work before you start getting paid? We don’t get paid until 7:45. Every week we are told to be there earlier and earlier. It is now to 7:10 and staying until 4pm. We stop getting paid at 3:15. Does anyone else have this problem ?

Anybody else have any fear/anxiety around flying? This just randomly developed out of nowhere a couple years ago (I used to love flying!) and I don't know how to fight it as I start having to travel here and there for client site work. I know that realistically the chances of a plane crash are super low (not afraid of driving and that's much higher), but for some reason my mind won't get off the "but not zero" part and I just get so tense and scared.
