Honestly with this - see below. Any decent modern receiver will work - no need to spend much. $700-800 max is all you need

Accessories4less has deals and good service. Any modern AVR at the $1k level should handle 5.1 and HDMI ARC and have a decent power output.
With what you’re driving, it’s pretty undifferentiated, tbh
Sometime, try a really good two channel setup, sat with Maggies and monoblock amps .)
They all work fine. And as someone noted you don’t need to spend a grand.
But if I was buying a new AVR I would get Dirac Live (instead of Audessey) which would mean certain Onkyo or Pioneer or perhaps Arcam or Audio Control. But likely beyond overkill for what you need.
