2 - will there be issues with joint ownership (title) if the mortgage does not include us both?

Moved to the US 5 years ago and wasn’t able to get any sort of credit until 1 year in so my average credit age is low and score is always taking a hit for it.

I live in NYC so no need for a car/car loan and I don’t have a mortgage. I’ve got 2 credit cards with reasonable balances and I have one small personal loan just to show diversity in accounts.

This system is crazy. Any help appreciated

How many real hours does it take to reach 8-10 billable hours? First year associate here wondering what a 8-10 billable hour day would look like now that I’m seeing my workload ramp up slowly but surely.

I got a recruiter call who said that midlevel transactional associates are receiving $100-500k signing bonuses to lateral. I wasn’t planning a move but then the call got me curious.
