Just saw this! I’m up near Boulder and there are tons of great trails up this way. I use the AllTrails app sometimes- it is decent. But if you want suggestions, DM me!
Same - happy to join you! Denver based.
I’m not sure what “easy” is for you, so I’ll link to some that will get your heart are up but have some stretches of a flat or more gentle grade to give you a chance to catch your breath (and are not too long). There are lots of trails that originate in Chautauqua park. There is a great 2.5 mile loop up to the Mesa trail to enchanted Mesa and back down to the dining hall area. You will see from the trail map that you can really choose your own adventure here. It is similar to this one:

These are some other favorites:
Ceran St. Vrain (closer to Lyons which is a fun lunch stop after)

Woods quarry (also starts at Chautauqua)

If you want some other recs, DM me!
If you go this time of year, pack some snow traction (like a yak trax). I was up at Chautauqua a few times this week and the conditions in the shade are hard packed ice.
Sm1 Do you have any easy hikes in Boulder to recommend?
