As an immigrant, I’m grateful for the opportunities afforded to me since moving to the USA. But, I must say, it still doesn’t feel like home after a decade. I still cannot wrap my mind around the gun culture, lack of universal healthcare and emphasis on education (critical thinking). I’m planning to leave in the coming year or so. COVID really made me realize that life is indeed short.

I want to be able to move up to program manager, data analytics manager, and more senior positions in my future. I currently hold a bachelors in Healthcare administration since 2018 and and working 4 years into my first role. Do you guys suggest going back for my Masters for example an MPH or MBA to advance or should I get certifications and continue my learning this way? What are your thoughts? Thank you!
