I am interested in pivoting from an agency into a traditional business consultancy role. I have start-up tech experience and four years of Strategy experience for media clients. I got offer from Client A for 137k base pay(total compensation=151k) complete remote. As I don’t have any other offers I accepted it. After two weeks I got another offer from Client B for 145k base, total compensation=175k) with hybrid model(2days in a week), client A already started H1 transfer process, might get approval in a day or 2. I wanted to go with Client B, but how I say this to client A. Client A start date=05/16, Client B start date=06/28. Can I join A and work 2months and t/f to B?
