Thinking of moving to a new agency. And want to be assertive about pay. 5 years of experience producing national broadcast spots. The job I’m applying for is running production for a small/young agency. Is $75k realistic for South Carolina?

Meeting 1:1 with a Bain consultant as part of formal recruiting process. Any advice?

What’s a simple but best answer for the question. “ why are you applying for this job?”

I was not getting any suitable job for many years as I was not getting any call after apply. A few months ago I joined a bad company (lowest salary, no facilities, no career growth etc ) on 3rd party payroll and stuck there. I am trying yet applying for job but still not getting call. Please suggest how can I get call from a good company. I completed my graduation on computer. also I completed aws, redhat and some other courses but did not get job. Please suggest how can I get a good job.

Has anyone rejected the LTI offer?
How has the HR taken? Can i hust ignore their calls so they get an idea?

Never heard back from McK after applying but got first round at BCG. Should I assume I got rejected? It’s been 1.5 months.

Just had my 3rd round of interview at Tiktok last Thursday night, and I’m feeling super anxious about the result. Normally the HR would get back to me right away (within 24hrs), but it has been over a weekend 😰. For those who have gotten an offer from them, can you please let me know how long it normally takes to hear back after the 3rd round of interview?

I recently started giving interviews and was able to crack 4 companies. Currently holding an offer of 10.2 from CTS. Waiting for an offer from Capgemini (12Lpa promised). HR pending for LTI and Citius Tech. How should I go for negotiation to get maximum. This is my first switch and I would really appreciate some guidance. Less than 20 days of notice period is remaining.

First year analyst in corporate banking. Does anyone have any tips/resources about the process to find another job in the same division but with better pay? I’m not too familiar with the “unspoken norms” of finance, but interviewing and networking with other firms (quite literally the people I’m competing against everyday) seems difficult to wrap my head around.

I got another rejection today, this time for a position I was excited about and had gone pretty far in the interview process. I’m starting to wonder what I’m doing or saying to turn prospective employers off.

Am I being too judgmental? During the interview process I ask questions that help me identify culture. During my recent interview I directly asked “How would you describe your culture?”, and it was described as “work hard, play hard”. I expected a much more meaningful reply. Thoughts?

Help help! I’ve just realized I’ve put the wrong date on my resume for the end date of my last office job. I put May 2019 instead of Nov 2019. how bad is that? Obviously it’s bad in the since of attention to detail but since I shorted myself time will most recruiters/employers overlook it? How will it look on a background check? Is it better to call it out during an interview or wait for it to be brought up?
