Any book recommendations on change management?
Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

Hey! Not strictly on strategy, a more generalist one but highly recommended nevertheless is Samir Parikh's "The Consultant's Handbook".
I've read it myself and I've found it smooth, clear and straight to the point.
What you will likely find a lot more valuable is looking through deliverables and playbooks from strategy engagements on the KX. Most books will feel fairly abstract compared to what is actually delivered on a strategy project
Perfect, thank you
