I've experience as backend developer and I've received a great offer as frontend developer. I'm not very good at frontend yet although I know good HTML, CSS, JS, little ReactJs.
Should I take chance and make switch ?

What if I won't be able to match their expectations ?
Does frontend have growth ?
Which domain has more growth in future wrt package, frontend/backend ?

Only have 7 days to choose. Please help me make decision.

Feel as if I’m constantly behind peers in terms of career progression (e.g. MBB/ FAANG) despite having a decent-ish background (tier 2 consulting and now at top tier finance company in strategy role). I find that the companies I’ve worked at have very set progression based on tenure, with no room for negotiation. I’m really ambitious/ hardworking and I am not sure where to go that would match my goals of career progression. Is it just MBB/ FAANG or is there anywhere else? Any ideas?

I need 1 help, I joined a company A , worked there for 30 days, Resigned there and joined Company B next day. Hoping that Company A will release me but it didn't happen and mean while i also continued for 20+ days. Later on realized dual working and left Company B. Revoked Resignation from A and continuing with A. Will there be problem in future, if i plan to join company C maybe after 4 ,5 years?
