Any book recommendations for “disciplining” / mitigating 2 yr old tantrums or any books for having a second child?

Dad's a little guidance please. We bought a Chicco car seat with base and a stroller that accepts the car seat. . I've been reading that other brands (e.g Britax, MaxiC) do not have a base and remain in the car. So how to Britax car seat parents move/carry their infants around? Remove from the car seat and hand carry or prop into stroller?
Currently, I put the baby into the car seat and he stays in it and is carried around in it. Trying to understand the process if I were to buy a Britax.

Seeking advice: anyone have experience dealing with a meddling sister-in-law (brother’s wife)? She’s constantly overstepping the bounds of what I think is appropriate (I.e., bossing around my elderly mother, getting rid of things without asking my mothers permission, changing my mothers decor). It just doesn’t feel right for her to do these things to my mother/interject in family affairs like this. Understandably brother doesn’t want to get in the middle of it. How to handle this?

Impact of big 4 consulting in an data engineering career.

I recently started at one of the big 4 as a DE. So far I have seen some pretty poor coding practice, lack of version control and taking short cut everywhere. Every one also highly prefer no code ETL tool. I am a little worried that this environment is bad for a DE career.
