Hmmm. I enjoy reading the Gottmans, as well as the “all of nothing marriage” but those are more about maintaining/growing your relationships.
This is sort of an interesting one because I actually think better than anything specifically about this, I think reading philosophy/religious texts that help you get in touch with your best, most true self and help you live in that space. I love the Bhagavad Gita, Buddhism books by Joseph Goldstein. But you probably have to find your thing.
