Weaning baby now (he is four months). I have a big freezer stash and it’s in the deep freeze so it will be good until next December. Is the better strategy to constantly give baby some breastmilk every day until I run out (like 8-10 ounces a day or something, mixed with his formula) or is it better to just give formula and save the freezer stash for if/when he gets a cold or something, and then mix it in liberally only then)?

How long is too long? I interviewed with a mid size firm in mid September, and haven't heard the results yet. Got a courtsey email for first two weeks stating they will come back by next week. But now they're completely silent. I've the partners number, but have been refraining from making a phone call. Is it alright for me to give him a call or send a text. Or should I just move on.

My sister has cleared all the rounds in Accenture. HR contacted her today to negotiate the salary. My sister asked for 8LPA FP. HR said the max fixed pay they could offer is 7.5LPA. My sister told she would think and get back in few minutes.

Within 5 minutes, HR moved the candidature status to “on hold” due to budget constraints. None of the HRs are answering the calls. What can i expect?
