Hi all - I am looking to move into the world of brand strategy consulting (KPMG has customer consulting division but brand and marketing aren't that strong. Also KPMG UK is the only one of big 4 that has not bought an agency!!). Wanted to hear some advice on the options: go to a boutique (like Lippincott, Prophet) or brand agency? The salary cut for agency is huge though. Are there other options?

Hi folks, Italian MBA 2024 applicant here. Can someone pls explain me how US schools (M7) convert Italian/French grades in GPA? Since we do not have percentile in all classes, do US schools convert the absolute grade (e.g. 100/110, 17/20 etc.) or do they always need percentile?
