Any certification would help to break into FP&A from audit?

Is there anyone who works for Google or Amazon and has a healthcare background with no tech skills? I have my MBA with a healthcare concentration and I’m looking to switch industries. I’ve started to take certification courses on Udemy but would love any insight on how I could get my foot in the door with those companies. Thank you!!

What are my chances at HSW MBA? I failed some modules in uni and had to resit the year but changed major halfway to management and got a ~3.6, mostly due to marks from the management modules. Currently at T2 consulting firm, can get okay letters of recommendation. Will work very hard on essay and GMAT. Harvard seems out but are Stanford and Wharton still realistic?

How valuable are MBAs? Is it worth it to get one? I’m currently a few years into consulting but I know I’ll be thinking about exiting soon, not sure if I should think about pursuing an MBA as a transition

My husband and I are considering starting a family. I am currently a consultant and about to finish my MBA. I will be starting to look for other positions within consulting soon. Should I be concerned about recruiters potentially not offering positions if say I am pregnant during interview? I have been concerned as I have heard stories that recruiters tend to stay away from women who are pregnant or even talk about starting families.

A friend of mine is looking for Experienced level roles within IT risk assurance or IT audit & can relocate within US. He has 6 years experience with SAP implementations including S/4 HANA and GRC solutions and has worked closely with external & internal auditors during this time. He is doing a MS in MIS graduating in June 2022 and is currently interning as an IT auditor for a pharmaceutical company. He is certified in AWS and Azure & preparing for his CISA exam. My manager likes me to give him a daily morning breakdown of what I’m going to accomplish and at the end of they day a small report of what I accomplished. And throughout the day activities I’m working on and have finished. I’m tired of this, how can I bring this up?
