Taking CompTia N+ soon, and realizing its low demand. What certs & projects should I do to land a technical role within 1 yr?

I was checking and comparing healthcare costs for the two companies my spouse and I work for. For me with HSA it is around $900 per month for just Medical, Vision and Dental. For my wife (with HSA) it is $300 per month. Both have $3000 deductible. My out of pocket max is $14000 while my wife’s is $7000. All of these numbers are for a family of 4. Why do we have such a huge difference in healthcare costs for similar coverage? My wife’s company is 30K employees and my company is 300K employees.
