Hi Fishes, Can anyone tell me about the interview proceedure of infosys ? I have given interview a week back , it was 43 minute interview and after the interview i was asked for documents like most recent compensation letter and other details. But after sharing those documents it has been 7 days. There is no further communication from the infosys HR. I sent a follow up main 2 days ago but there is no response from them. Any idea whats happening here ? Infosys

I am working in Tata Consultancy kolkata from past 3 years, planning to get transfer to TCS Bangalore(hometown). Will there be any issues if I provide fake medical certificate for my parents? Also now they are forcing me to come back to kolkata office, is there any possibly they may let me work from bangalore office even if my project ODC is not there in bangalore?

Dear Amdocs Hiring Team, Thanks for the worst experience. You guys took almost 2 months for hiring process, asked for all the documents, even shared the CTC breakup over email and at last after multiple follow ups over calls and emails, you replied by stating that "Unfortunately , we are not moving ahead with your candidature at moment." When I asked the reason, you are clueless till now what to say? You guys even don't have enough courage to respond my calls. #Amdocs #Hiring

You are going to be a practice head..shouldn't u be the one "fixing" the culture of you see a problem?
The reason I say this is that there is no way we can generalize culture of firm. It boils down to the 'people'. I was part of a terrible 'culture' at EY/PWC while I was part of great "culture" @TCS. It was great or terrible because of ppl and lack of actions/inactions by leaders.
To answer your question, I would say the culture is great if you have great middle mgmt and team members. It will become great if they are bad and you fix them.

EY1 - I see what you mean. I wanted to hear some stories though... “Practice Head” in Big 4 is different ball game than services sector. Note: I am a Director at K.

OP : Negotiate on D1 band. A director at B4 should be eligible for a D1 at Wipro. C2 are more like PMs and D1s are practice heads.
To start with it seems convoluted , Wipro has sold C2 as practice head where as D1 is the real one.
I was c1 as consultant with 9 yrs work experience. My boss was c2 and delivery manager was d1. If you are going as c2 I think they are low balling you.
