Did anyone ever go from MBB to Big4? Why?

Over the past week or so, I’ve received invitations from MBB recruiters to chat with them. Not that long ago, I was a broken person living in my parents’ basement. I can’t believe how far I’ve come.

Those who exited to PM - Was it worth it? Do you like the work? How is it compared to MBB work?

How does the compensation compare between Dubai and Doha for T2 and MBB firms? Similar or is Dubai higher?

Recruiting question: I have a connection who has great internships related to M&A and consulting at big 4 and MBB and graduating with a masters in finance at a very well known (top 25 school) who is VERY interested in FDD. The only potential issue is that they are an international student. What are their chances at finding employment in M&A as a new associate? If anyone can offer insight and guidance that would be much appreciated! What can I do to help them?

Is 80k+5k low for a UG campus hire role in Big4 consulting?

Not trying to sound ungrateful but with MBB/Tier 2 paying 115k+ TC, can’t help but to feel fomo getting >30% less for a 1st year role :/

Anyone able to share the current post MBA salaries at each of the MBB. If they haven’t been raised recently, any word of incoming increases?

At which point of the MBB career path would you say the learning turns mostly into becoming a better consultant vs a more general business skill set? I've heard EM / PL / M is the peak and after that the skills become less transferable. Would people agree?

Why do leaders keep comparing how “good”the new staff/seniors have it because they make more money starting out then they did and working 55 hours is better than the 70-80 hours they used to work? Instead they should compare what options they have available to them and what their goals are.
