So I am down to my last month with my BHA (bachelors healthcare administration) I have great management experience and insurance experience as well as being a nurse for 11 years and I am finding it very hard to break into the administration part of healthcare any job leads or advice. Does anyone know the difference between an associate manager vs supervisor of clinical health services at CVS/Aetna?

I’m updating my resume and I’m wondering what HR people are actually looking for/care about? If I have had two jobs out of college (graduated 2020), should I still put down my internships? Does it matter if I put down Microsoft proficient or is that just assumed now? Does the award I earned in high school for community service matter?

The country of origin of these packages are Israel. They’ve gotten smarter and packaging it with no trace of who and where the dates come from (which is btw illegal in USA). I have a question about audit in Europe. Is the work life balance just as bad? As the stereotype goes, they work as a means to live rather than living to work. If that is true, what is different if the type of work is more or less the same?
