Is it normal to feel like you’re drowning at work every single day? I’m struggling to keep up with my everyday tasks, then someone quit so I took on their role too, my plate is always overflowing, I’m given impossible deadlines, I work early, late, weekends, travel. Im trying to stick to the boundaries I’ve set at this new job (lessons learned from a past job) but I. Am. Exhausted. I feel like I’m going to drop the ball (more than I have). I want to stick it out, but I feel I’m not being heard.

Has anyone had success finding online piano lessons? Want to return after a long hiatus as an advanced student, but wondering how possible it is.

Advice wanted: My firm lied about our raises this year. They said we’d match the other top 10 firms, and that was absolute BS. I’m having a hard time staying motivated. I’m doing senior level work without the title or pay. Fresh college grads are getting paid more than me. Hi All! Cross-posting this to the mom’s bowl, but I have a fabulous nanny in the Atlanta area that I will be sad to let go of in another few months. I have a vested interest in seeing her land an amazing family that will take care of her as well as she will take care of their children. She is young, vibrant, and creative - she shows tremendous initiative (she instituted her own lesson plans with our child at 1). She is very conscientious, respectful, and helpful to a fault. Best digital plan book? I've used Plan Book EDU, but I didn't know if there was a better one. FWIW, I am self contained, so I need to plan for all subjects.

Does anyone know of where to find remote part time work opportunities for older Indian women? My mom was a part-time after school teacher but has not been doing that due to covid (dad is high risk). I’m having her do some online typing lessons to get her to be a faster typer, maybe find her a data entry gig. She does not want to do nanny’ing / babysitting. She’s a great teacher though and she’s trilingual (Telugu, hindi) - anyone know of where to find opportunities?
