I hear the vaccine helps
That’s so sweet of you
In the thick out it now. Vaxxed and boosted. Never had it before but hitting me hard. For once I’m totally putting myself first with work and I’ve totally checked out. Not adding any mental stress to my life right now by checking emails or just doing this “little “ call or task.I take one to two naps today. I just take it easy. Drink water.
Yes. Do not work.

Geez how inconsiderate
Rest as much as you can ❤️ hope you feel better soon!!
Just rest, nap/sleep, and stay hydrated
Jealous. I got OG during the Texas snowmageddon last year and had no power or heat. Was a boring and miserable week.
Ivermectin, quercetin, vit D3, vit C, zinc, Niacin and lots of rest and fluids helped me tremendously. I had it pretty bad and as soon as I started taking these my symptoms diminished. I hope you feel better soon ❤️🩹
A large study published a few days ago showed that ivermectin was no better than placebo.
If only you had gotten the vaccine.
Yep also triple. Still got it. Still kicked my butt for 15 days
I will say keep garlic and onion in your diet! This is key! Even if it’s a garlic spread. Sunlight there are many benefits with looking at the sun. Cook more at home. A lot of people don’t want to. I dont even want to but it helps you’ll be in control of the necessary steps when cooking meals you desire to eat.
Somehow got it for the first time
Check your blood oxygen regularly atleast 5-6 times in a day, take proper rest and use hot humidifier 2 times to in a day this will help you a lot. Tc
Lots of water and rest!
Rest and fluids — feel better

If you're at all asthmatic see if your doctor would recommend access to a nebulizer, better to have it and not need it. LOTS of fluids and rest you may not have an appetite but make sure to eat regularly. Once you recover take your time getting back into exercise, covid is not a quick thing.
Ex: I was positive in end of Dec I didnt feel normal in the gym/yoga until about end of Feb/mar
Edit to add - might end up being mild but make sure some people are expecting to hear from you if you're on your own. Some people deteriorated SO fast, it'll be annoying but check in with folks.

Adding on to share the advice I was given - the whole thing about resting so much is yes for recovery but also to keep from covid turning into pneumonia or other infections. Def see a doctor and if they recommend meds take them. I don't remember if I got antibiotics but I am mildly asthmatic so I got a shiny new inhaler and an oral steroid
Did people forget what it feels like to get sick?
Yes, haven’t been sick since 2012 🤷🏽♀️
Make tea with a LOt of organic grated ginger!!! add honey and sip throughout the day - only thing that worked for me
Lie down on your belly. Helps breath easier
This is only relevant if you’re in an ICU. If you’re at home, you don’t need to be prone.
Drink lots of water, I had a very hard time getting over covid. At day 7, My doctor gave me a Zpack because it was not getting any better.
Seconding asking your doctor for a zpack. Mine actually gave it to me right away along with prescription ibuprofen and I was feeling better (albeit a little tired) in a week. Other than that soup/hot meals, stay hydrated and rest a lot. I was so dizzy I just stayed in bed and netflix’ed for most of it.
Also be sure to get yourself an oximeter so you can read your oxygen level a couple of times a day.
CBD and CBG
I was in the same situation last week (first time getting it, vaxxed and boosted). I had 2 days of fever and lack of appetite - a lot of this was responsive to Tylenol so I just sat and watched tv all day. After that, I basically had a rough cold for 5 days where I took a sinus/cold medicine and mucinex. Other than this - take time away from work, tv, and rest!
Take it super super easy even when you start feeling better. When I had it I had little breaks where I started to feel better and then I’d get really sick again. I took mucinex almost every day to keep the congestion down and that helped.
