Here’s our package:
- Amazon Prime for WholeFoods delivery and other Amazon shopping (5% points)
- AmEx blue for occasional grocery shopping (6%) and Uber/Lyft/Citibike (3%)
- Chase Freedom for restaurants (3%) and other expenses (1.5%)

Haven’t been travelling much in the last year so curious to hear about a good travel card

like

Amex blue! But I tend to switch my card frequently to max out on one time promos (eg cash back, free hotel nights, etc.) don’t like to be tied to one

like

Considering doing the Venmo card temporarily to get their new joiner promo

Amex blue cash for sure. Can’t beat the 6% on groceries, which is the primary spending category for a joint card.

Could also reapply this fall and add Tuck and Kellogg to the mix but unsure if it’s worth the risk as this fall may be very competitive.

Anyone else notice a trend with the mass amounts of layoffs in tech? Why are all their resumes so jumpy? Not like 2-5 years jumpy, like few months at a time jumpy? But still can land a position with similar tech giants? IMO, lots of these people get hired by their rich friends, stay a few months before someone realized they aren’t qualified and were just a recommendation from a current employee. Then repeat that process over and over until your company is down 50%
