Anyone have any total earnings insight to Elavon? They mentioned a base of 70k the first year while you ramp up and a base of 50k after that. But the person in charge of hiring has said they have struggled to hire at that 50k base. Thinking I could push for 60-70k base but I am unsure about how much commission can be expected in the first couple years. Any insight would be helpful
Hi fishes,
I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens

Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

I have heard generally the standard starting rate is around $110k-$120k for first years, with raises between $5k-$8k each year. More for Stamford or areas closer to NYC.
Some big law firms with satellite offices in CT actually match or come close to matching NY, though they often have very small offices/limited lateral opportunity. Of the mid-sized firms I know some are as high as $140k first yr, even in Hartford. Feel free to DM me or email astisser@cogosearch.com if you would like to discuss further. I worked in big law recruiting for 15 years before moving out to CT myself (now I place attorneys).
