Hugs. PUPPS is no joke (had it before and after delivery and it was wicked). Honestly, the only thing that helped me was the prescription hydrocortisone.
Grandpa’s Pine Tar Soap!! I had twins and the itching and rash was so bad I would cry getting dressed. The lotions made it worse. I found this as a remedy and gave it a try. Smell is not awesome but it was dried up and clear in about a week. Works wonders!!!!
Best purchase I made! I love this! Put it on 1-2 times per day

Almond oil applied twice a day religiously.
I’ve never heard of pupps... sounds awful.
As for stretch marks, I applied stretch mark lotion 2x a day. I really like Glow 9 natural belly butter. I also used palmers but found I had to reapply palmers way more cause it just soaked into my skin faster and my belly would get itchy from the stretching. Belly butters are the best. When I ran out of the glow 9 and was not really liking Palmers, I made my own belly butter easily mixing cocoa butter, almond oil, vitamin e oil, and coconut oil together.
