I came from a company with really strong culture —high energy, emphasis on human connection, high EQ. My new team is SO DRY! They don’t know each other well despite having worked together for a couple years now. They have forced meetings to build culture, but it ends up being everyone taking turns saying facts about themselves. Lots of awkward pauses during small talk.
