Any data out there on how long an average person follows a brand for before becoming bored/disengaged and unfollowing?

Firm's recruiter told me to be ready with my salary number for interview. Interview was several rounds on the same day with multiple attorneys from the office. Never got asked about salary. Is that normal? Little worried as firm recuriter explicitly said to have that number ready as I'd be asked.

What would be the range for grade 9 employee at CISCO in india. Yoe 5, salesforce developer. I currently have an offer at 28.25lpa. I had a call today with the recruiter and he was saying that the offer would be like between 30-33 lpa fixed plus stocks, variable and joining bonus. Can anyone comment how good are the hike in CiSCO and if I should try to negotiate before I receive an offer?

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?

Hi - I have an offer from a relatively smaller consulting firm. What happens if they start my H1-B transfer process and it gets an RFE or gets rejected? Do I get to continue my employment at old firm without any issues (given that I will be putting in my notice only once my transfer gets approved)?
