Current DDV. It’s a grind and the comp is the same as other competencies that are a little more chill. Some of the DDV teams can come off as a little elitist and the culture can be rough.
Flip side is you tend to work with more senior clients and you can work on some interesting engagements that aren’t 100% IMO/SMO.

D bench is non existent to the point we are farming our work outside our OP so not surprised at all. Monitor isn’t really a thing. It should be all under M&A. All of M&A and restructuring is within M&A.
