Hi fishes, need some info on the mindtree offer that I have. I got 40LPA(16% variable), C6, for 16 years of experience, I am not sure if this a good offer or not, I have multiple offers on the same level but with more in hand salary. I am bit inclined towards joining mindtree. Do you guys think it's a good offer for my experience?

Hi everyone! Due to an acquisition, I recently had to take a paycut to join the new company. Because we were being acquired, I wasn't allowed to talk to HR or at least my boss wouldn't let me, about salary and negotiate it. I'm wondering if I should tell my new boss about the financial hit I recently had to take. If so, how do I approach it?

My company thinks that’s not scalable for us to be in those calls. But I find it hard to speak enthusiastically about a job to candidates I interview when I never got to even hear the founders speaking about it themselves.

I never have good dreams when I sleep. Only average ones or nightmares. It’s so irritating.

I discovered I was gifted about two years ago. It made me realize that the reason why I was ‘weird’ was because I was different. It took me almost 2 years to understand that I shouldn’t hide my difference. I love the way I think but it’s not typical. And I get very frustrated when I’m asked to do things the same way another ‘typical’ person would’ve done them (no judgement!). Anyone in the same situation? Would love to hear your experience, especially in account management :)

Looking for advice on project management software or tools for HR consulting. Our firm doesn’t have anything that is standard or used at all, and while some of us are starting to venture into using Microsoft Teams, I feel like there are so many tools out there and we could be doing things way more efficiently.
