Can anyone tell me how's the environment in the FS team in the team (Pressure, growth, hikes, bonuses etc)

What kind of experience (in terms of years/deal exp) is expected when applying to Analyst roles at JP/GS/MS etc that have stated they require prior experience? European/UK focused

How is Deloitte's LS practice in clinical space as compared to peers like EY or niche providers like medidata and Icon??
