Any "digital" strategists have any tips on breaking into more brand planning roles.

I came up in digital shops, but I've experience building and repositioning brands just as much as I have created comms plans or social/digital strategies. Find these legacy titles have put me in a box that's getting hard to break out of. Anyone dealt with a similar situation or know of places that lets you dabble in all of these disciplines?

Has anyone used a tool / questionnaire to determine the best career for you that provided good insights? Not sure I can be in PA for the long haul and want to pivot in the right direction.

I almost left my work for a vertical but my manager really convinced me to stay and would help promote me. This was 1 month ago and they promoted me last week. I got a good offer from a company in a different state in an industry I like. How should I bring up leaving after just getting promoted?

Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. Since then I didn't receive any communication. The director told initially when he started the offer roll out process that there is a freeze going on and needs to get the approvals to get this done.
