Does novartis paused hiring ? I have completed all my rounds and have been waiting for an offer to roll out. But the recruitment team is saying hiring is on hold as review meetings are going we don't know when they will start it. Does anyone know when will they resume hiring process again.

Do it!
I did after my first divorce but kept my maiden name in my second marriage. It is a hassle, but if it makes you happy it is sooooooo worth it!
Yeah! I’m considering remarrying and just don’t want to deal with it anymore. I wouldn’t change it again but I just want it to be back to my maiden name.
Rising Star
I know women who have and women who haven't. One person who did started to put her maiden name in her signature line at work as her middle name - i think she did for maybe almost a year. Then she dropped the ex's name - she was pretty senior and had published and was known by her married name, I think it was a good approach professionally. Another woman just pulled the band-aid, and when got congrats from people who assumed she got married, she just said quickly - thanks, but it was a divorce. Any mature person knows that ending a marriage is personal and stressful but by the time the papers are signed, it's okay to acknowledge divorce is also a milestone and often a relief. As an aside - I took a risk once and said congrats when a coworker said she had just signed the papers after two years of proceedings, and she was like, yeah man, it is congrats!
I like that approach, thanks for sharing!
