At this moment, I am almost depressed. I am in a relationship with this guy for 2 years now. In the past 2 years, we have fought more than we have lived days with peace. Didn’t really believe I had ADHD after seeking and getting a diagnosis at 36 a few years ago. Adderall didn’t really work great plus was scared of the side effects. Never tried another med due to doubt because I did well in school. After hearing forever that my dad did horrible in school, I asked him why. He suspects ADHD. Felt like I was at the end of a movie where you see everything you missed with all his tendencies. This has allowed myself to accept my diagnosis finally but now I feel lost.

Had a good college friend pass away today (not Covid). He battled lifelong health/auto-immune/cardiovascular/neurological issues, but lived well beyond his life expectancy (was supposed to be 5-7 years after diagnosis; he was diagnosed at 13; lived to 53.)

I was diagnosed with ADHD a few months ago and am in the process of finding the right medication / learning how to understand+work with my ADHD. I haven’t told anyone that I work with (ie. team members/leads/managers/mentors/etc) and would appreciate input on whether that is information I should share or keep to myself? I’m looking for an online therapy platform, one that preferably takes insurance. There are SO many options out there…Cerebral, BetterHelp, Headway, Talkspace, etc. has anyone had an experience with any of these? For men who spin: I recently purchased an Echelon bike (similar to Peloton) to get some exercise indoors. I never had a problem on my road or city bike before this but I feel a little bit of strain and occasional dull pain in one of my testacles after each spin class. Some of this goes away but sometimes the pain lingers for a day or two.
Any recommendations on bike seats or tips to fix this? Much appreciated!

I played basketball for the first time in like a month or two. I probably played like 5 or 6 full court games and I’m so damn sore today. I was going to try to have a push day (chest, shoulders, tri) but I’m sore to the point it hurts to pick up my arms. I should probably take it easy and rest today?
