I received an ITA from the Sept 30 draw but I'm currently in between jobs. I do have a job offer for the next position but it starts in February.

I'm barely a year into my role, but is it okay to leave for a higher position at a different agency and for an account that is more interesting for me? While my current agency is great, the account is very repetitive and prescriptive. However it has allowed me to learn and grow a lot in my role. It's just that the scope of work isn't that interesting and exciting. The new role is more on social and experiential which excites me and seems like a great opportunity. Smaller agency though.
