For those taking gmat more than 1 time, did your scores improve in the second time? Got a 690 my first one a month ago and retaking this week but I find myself freaking out. My practice test has been 720-730, though the one this weekend dropped to 700 because i was freaking out with verbal. Any encouragement is strongly appreciated 😔😥

I (M) am on a budget and need an outfit for 3 summer weddings with very different vibes. Possible to have one base outfit (with variations) for all weddings?

Wedding 1 - very formal. Venue is a museum in a big city, and I’ll be meeting majority of significant other’s family.

Wedding 2 - beach wedding.

Wedding 3 - venue in a small town and reception is an outdoor BBQ.

Hi there- I’m trying to research salary range for an Associate Director of Learning & Development or similar in NYC for someone with a doctorate (PsyD), experienced in training/teaching/learning, systems/org & individual interventions & assessments, & 4 years of admin/EA experience for a bit of context. Any insight on base salary or even fit of role/level? Appreciate it!

What are the Designation level at HSBC GSC for Hyderabad location. What is the band for Assistant Manager

I have been in leadership marketing roles for about 10 years and overall have marketing experience of almost 20 years (all for in-house SaaS/tech/digital orgs). I'm looking to transition out of marketing and try something different that would compliment my skills. What are good roles to get into where I don't lose out on seniority and salary?

Anyone else use work as their escape? People complain about not having work life balance but I only stay for the long hours. I've battled with depression and anxiety for the last decade because I got married and started a family too young. I'm in a more financially secure place now but my marriage has mentally exhausted me. We're just together for the kids at this point.

I'm a noob with bonds, can someone break down ibonds for me in idiot proof language?

Per what I'm reading the interest rate is 9.62% if I buy through Oct 2022. It's a 30 year investment, but I can withdraw after 5 years without 3 month penalty.

Questions:
(1) Is the interest rate fixed or variable over the term of the bond?
(2) Assuming 9.62% is annual return but definitely want to confirm 🤣
(3) Do most people actually keep it in 30 years? I'm looking at 5 years for now and re-assess
