So funny I was just looking on LinkedIn for roles like this lol. Bonus if I can have unlimited PTO. I have unlimited PTO now but I only make 84 and I have to go in the office three days a week. With the price of gas it’s getting annoying lol. Plus I like being remote because I like being available to pick up my daughter from school. Not only that but take her to her sports practices and stuff. I don’t know if I’m asking for too much!?

likesmartfunny

Yes, fully remote in San Francisco and my company is a tech startup in cybersecurity (but I am working much more than 9-5).

I don’t but I have friends who do. But I agree, they are far, few, and in between.

As someone who has been interviewing recently, I can say that the companies do exists.. fully remote! I have interviewed for jobs offering between $115 and $130k. Doordash was one of them. I live in NY and have 10 years of exp supporting C suite execs. Don’t give up on your search and know your worth.

Unfortunately, I did not make it to third round. Their interview process is rigorous! Starts with an assessment and followed by numerous interviews. Their pay was $130k, no bonus. Hope that helps.

As long as the manager/company is ok with that. And it works for you.

Associates at EY do, but opportunities are far and few even for those already at EY.

EY is the lowest paying of the Big 4 firms and other consulting firms as well as Amazon. Starting pay for a NEAT EA is $47k! They want you to support anywhere from 7-10 partners. Yeah unlimited PTO but I would rather be paid more!

I left EY last year after 5+ years and never got more than a 3% raise any year. Work for a smaller company now that is even better than EY (Baker Tilly) started off making more than I did at EY and got a bigger raise this year. Baker Tilly is hiring for EA's and some might be remote, you have to ask

like

Yup agree, tech companies in CA. SF and LA mainly, also depends on the company but I know Facebook and instagram are fully remote and so many others. Offices in SF are completely empty now. I’m 80% remote with minimal travel to our diff offices for on site mtgs here and there

Capital One. Im currently an admin 3 at 85k so iut EA definitely make 100k plus.

like

Hi there! Could you tell me more about the interview process to become an admin 3?

It really depends on your location and the location of the company. I think generally only NYC and CA on average will pay over $100K easily.

Hello all, Currently I am working for Accenture and got offer from TCS (am yet to accept or decline). The dilemma here is I got promoted (effective from Jun-1) in Accenture and I am yet to receive my revised statement.

My questions are,
1. Will TCS hr accept if I demand revised package?
2. If I decline offer, what would be the impact? ( Like I need to wait 6 months to try again or my profile will get blacklist? )

When I asked the HR regarding what level it stands at? She said it's an internal thing and we can't disclose that. All I want to know is what is the Level there as L3, L4, L5 etc?
Also, I'm a little disappointed to see no gym allowance. And can anyone confirm if they provide sort of learning budget as well?

Can someone help me on how to negotiate offers. I have two offers. 1 is 42 lpa + 2 in java and other is 44lpa + 3 in python. My total YOE is 6 years.

Both companies are good. I don't know how to ask them to revise the offer. I have never negotiated like this before. So I'm not sure what to say to the HR without sounding money oriented.

I feel like no but is there a way to book the 36k and then downgrade/get a refund if a 21k room becomes available again? Tried asking an agent but they just said they weren’t sure

If that’s the case should I just book the 36k or are the odds a 21k becomes available again high?
