Hi guys, what would be a reasonable salary expectation (base, not including extras or perks) for an EP position at a small privately-owned digital shop in SF?

Did I act irrationally here? I had an initial consultation with a therapist the other day to get a referral to a psychiatrist for BD + ADHD. I've called them to get the appointment set up but no response. So today, I found a new provider and was able to get an appointment booked directly with a psychiatrist next Wednesday.... Do I just tell the other provider I'm no longer interested?

Actions are probably bc of ADHD....🙃

I got an offer but there was a discrepancy in graduation month, I noted May but it was actually December. Was asked to provide explanation so now I am waiting to hear back.

How serious is this type of discrepancy?

They also are unsuccessful in reaching my previous employer. Company was bought by one of the giants after I was gone so not sure how successful they will be in getting a hold of my record. That seems to be the last item in my background check.

Received an offer from a top FAANG for a 250% increase in TC. However, I was initially interviewing for a position that was remote and yet the final offer does not provide that option, non-negotiable. I have a wife and 2-year-old child and another one due in 7 months, and currently live near both sets of grandparents.

Is working at a top FAANG really worth that kind of cost? I'm leaning heavily 'no' but it's not making it easy to sleep at night knowing I'm sitting on this kind of offer!

What do we think about these culture assessments? I don't understand how they get value from You have never wanted to "tell someone off" AGREE or DISAGREE or Would you rather Make Art or Go out to a social setting There has to be some kind of Jedi mind tricks right.
