Any ex-PwC employee not pay back signing bonus? I know someone who worked there who got a $30K signing bonus. Vesting was 50% after year 1 and 100% after year 2. They left after 1.5 years and didn’t pay it back and is bragging about it. Is the firm not going to send it to collection? They left 10 months ago.

I got offer from CTS. But Hr is asking to provide form16 or pf statement for all my previous companies, else my background check will fail. Is it true?
