Any ex-trinity who joined another consulting firm? Did you have problems with the signed non-compete with Trinity?

I have two offers into consideration-
1. Wipro (hired for banking client)
2. Deutsche Bank India
There is no major difference between compensation except Wipro is offering me 1 lpa joining bonus n 60k more in variable.
Which one I should consider in terms of better growth n work life balance.

Today I received a call from the Accenture recruiter who had discussed my HR round and my profile was put on hold. She told me that at level 10 the maximum fixed salary can be 11.10 LPA and rest variable.
11.10 is fine or can they increase upto 13 LPA?
I told her to proceed my profile although I am having offers from other organisation like PWC with 14 fixed, but I beleive Accenture is better in terms of work life balance and onsite opportunity.

Hello fishes, LTI is saying, they will release the offer letter and my LWD and joining date will be the next day. I am not happy with their response and processes. I asked them to share CTC structure atleast so that I can compare/analyze for myself. I know they are thinking I will go for counter offer if they release the offer previously but this make me to loose a good impression on LTI. Preferring to join other company.
