Antinori nel Chianti Classico is the big boy that everyone talks about

We toured with https://www.italyandwine.net/ on our honeymoon in 2018. Our guide was Matteo, we hit 3 wineries...two small, one big on a one-day tour. Absolutely amazing tour, very educational, and extremely good food.
All were in the Chianti Classico region.

Maurizio Brogioni
San Michele a Torri
Maurizio is a tiny place, his wife cooked an amazing lunch with fresh ingredients (herbs, tomatoes, salami, pancetta) from his farm. I still brag about the Chianti infused pasta! Everyone's olive oil was also amazing, but Mrs. Brogioni also makes a chocolate mousse with their fresh olive oil. Everything we did was a private tasting for our group...which only had one other couple (from England).
