I helped a friend launch a business and raise seed funding. I ultimately didnt choose to do it full time for a few reasons, but theyve received some attractive term sheets for Series A (some from notable VCs).

My friend (founder/CEO) had mentioned a potential opportunity to "take $ off the table."

What should I be thinking about?

Random thought... My gay male context plus the pandemic has amplified the "this isn't worth it" view of my unbalanced work life balance.
