7 years of experience & still an Analyst. Performance is not the issue. I'm always told my work is "impressive" and "really good", but somehow, I'm still an Analyst. I have 7 years experience including top tier banking and Big4, but it doesn't seem to be enough. I have a strong academic record and speak 3 languages. Even when recruiters approach me on LinkedIn, they always approach me for Associate / Analyst level roles. All my former co-workers are now AVP and above. What do I need to do?
