Any experience with the X5e? Considering it for my next SUV. How much does the electric motor improve range / time in between fills?

It's a PHEV, so it all depends on how much you drive and how you drive.

If your daily one way driving range is less than ~30 miles and you have access to a charger at your destination, and you don't drive it like you stole it, a tank of gas can last indefinitely. If you operate on just the gas engine, you'd likely get around the listed EPA mileage.

I've got a Sorento PHEV and since my daily commute is less than the ~30 mile range of the battery, I typically get about 1500 miles to the tank. I would expect similar if I were to drive the BMW instead.

Good points. Thanks. My wife would use it primarily with a one way drive of 30 miles to work and no ability to charge at her location. I guess that means we would need to charge every night

I’m losing my damn mind at my job. I’m 23 years old and I’m a very ambitious, hard working individual but my job is literally so boring, I feel that all of my habits and skills are slowly deteriorating. I mean I do nothing all day, most days.

Im tired all the time, I can’t think of anything to do. I try to watch educational videos/pods, but there’s only so much. Any advice on how to fill in the time in a productive and entertaining manner?

I have never gone to the gym or really worked out, and want to make a change in my life to start exercising. I'm not sure how to handle post-workout showering though.

First time growing out hair and it's coarse/wavy/dry so it takes days for oils to distribute (so oily scalp) due to pushing off washing -- when I do wash, I shampoo only the scalp and will conditioner the rest of my hair. I'm afraid of overwashing, but if I don't wash my hair after I sweat, it will frizz and poof up. Any advice?

I have been trying to get into the HRBP role for the last year or two. I have been in Recruiting for the last 10 years in various roles. I am SHRM-CP certified and have my MS in HRD, with a minor/certificate in HR Business Partnership. Does anyone know of any companies hiring for an HRBP? I’ll consider a Jr level one for the right salary.
