Two nights is too soon for results from anything. For anyone trying a new skin care product, keep in mind that skin cell turnover takes 28 days. That’s the earliest if expect any real change. I fully endorse the Clinique smart line for day or night cream, and the serum.

In addition to P1 above me, I also never trust any review that says ‘almost instant’ or something that sounds too good to be true. The only time I’ve felt ‘almost instant’ changes were using medical grade skincare coupled with dermaplane and facial.

Also forgot to add that if you really look at the labels then the ones with instant results are basically full of silicone and/or glitter of some kind which will make you look good on day 1 but is obviously not long lasting.

Makes sense- I did think 2 days was probably too soon. It does feel good on my skin so will likely give it a month before deciding if I should try something else

I used to work for origins during uni - it's the same stuff as are in the Estee lauder, clinique and other group companies' bottles tweaked a bit to fit the demographic of that company. Profit margins are INSANE.

It's not going to work any miracles, none of the stuff is. If you want a miracle you're going to need something invasive.

Having compared all the origins stuff I used to use with various other brands I would say the ordinary is about the same. I've never tried the high end stuff like creme de la mer though.

I like their charcoal mask but the other products were just okay for me. But like others said above, give it a month before you assess efficacy - your skin takes time to adjust!

To me everything I tried was meh

I worked (concept and design) on a campaign that won a couple of awards. However, the media buyer entered the work so the award is in their name.

I’m wondering if I can add that award to my portfolio/LinkedIn.

Would my agency need to have the award attributed directly to them or can I say that I’ve won those awards even if my/my agency’s name isn’t against the award?

Feels like those who pay entry fees can claim the glory, regardless of their actual input.

Any advice would be great :)

My dermatologist prescribed a body tretinoin cream (0.1% cut with about 6 parts vanicream lotion, per her instruction). Been starting slow, using it a 2-3x a week and skin seems to be tolerating it pretty well, with the exception of the skin that rubs together while I sleep (cleavage and neck folds). Is this likely because of the moisture from the sweat in those areas? Anyone else experience this and will it get better as my skin gets used to the retinoid?
