What’s fair compensation (NC based) for commercial real estate paralegal work? (1.5 years of experience)

Currently make 48k but about to get a raise and would like to know how much the market is for this.

For reference I’m the only real estate paralegal at the firm! I do bill my time but only about 3-4 hours per day (not my fault & my boss has confirmed to me that’s completely fine).

I do love a diverse and healthy real estate office culture, but if the new agent comes in with a similar outfit as mine.. I’m calling HR! Haha

McKinsey and other MBB folks what’s the typical starting engagement manager salary and bonus? I had heard around $200k/30-40% but then i heard this year people got 100% bonuses. Is that accurate?

I’m a new CSM (9 months) and I work at a company that doesn’t invest much in its CSM team. I’ve been struggling because as time goes on I feel more and more like a token hire. We have no play book/structure, no CSM tool and I’m current organizing all 95 of my clients on spreadsheets while also handling presales trials with a salary under 50k.

Long story short: I’m searching for mentorship or to be pointed in the direction of a good course so I can help the clients I do have while I’m here

What is your policy on nights/weekends community management? My agency is trying to determine if we need to pay OT, provide comp time, hire a nights/weekends CM, or something else.
